Dan Ornstein

Investment Committee Member

Dan Ornstein joined HG Vora in January 2014 and is a member of the Investment Committee.

Dan is responsible for trading, managing the Firm’s relationships with banks and sourcing investment ideas. Prior to joining HG Vora, Dan was at GoldenTree Asset Management where he was a Partner, Co-Head of Trading and a member of the Macro Committee. Prior to joining GoldenTree, Dan spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley most recently as Head of Distressed and Leveraged Loan Trading and Co-Head Sales, Trading and Research and also served on the US Credit Operating Committee. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Dan was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey working in Corporate Finance and Financial Restructurings. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Albany and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
