Parag Vora directs HG Vora’s investment strategies and oversees the firm's strategic decisions.

Before founding HG Vora in 2009, Parag worked at Silver Point Capital, where he specialized in investments spanning the capital structure of both public and private companies, with a particular focus on distressed assets and event-driven opportunities. Earlier in his career, Parag served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. In this role, he advised companies in the real estate and consumer sectors on mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged financing. Parag earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and went on to complete both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration at New York University.
