Phil joined HG Vora in June 2009 and is responsible for business and trading operations.

Prior to joining HG Vora, Phil was an international M&A and private equity tax advisor at PwC in Sydney, Australia. Prior to that, he was in-house tax counsel at Morgan Stanley focused on tax-efficient structuring for the investment bank and an international M&A tax lawyer at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Phil graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Distinction in Honors Economics and Honors French and received a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
